Three suspects and getaway car identified
LOS ANGELES (AP) — The Los Angeles Police Department has released images of three suspects and the getaway car used in the killing of General Hospital actor Johnny Wactor. The images were captured from security cameras near the scene of the May 25 shooting death.
Wactor, 33, was shot and killed outside his home in the Fairfax district. Police believe the suspects were driving a dark-colored sedan when they approached Wactor and opened fire. Wactor was pronounced dead at the scene.
The suspects are described as three men, all in their 20s. One suspect is wearing a black hoodie and dark pants. The second suspect is wearing a white shirt and jeans. The third suspect is wearing a red shirt and jeans.
The getaway car is described as a dark-colored sedan with tinted windows. The car was last seen fleeing the scene eastbound on Melrose Avenue.
